Deborah McPhee is the Founder and President of SALUS Training Systems, an Illinois-licensed continuing education organization specializing in healthcare compliance, leadership development, and workplace risk management.
With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, business development, executive leadership, coaching, and adult education, Deb helps healthcare practices and privately owned organizations build stronger leaders, healthier workplace cultures, and more compliant teams.
Known for her direct, practical approach, Deb brings real-world leadership experience to every organization she serves. Having led multi-location healthcare operations, coached executives and business owners, and developed compliance programs for licensed professionals, she understands how leadership, communication, and workplace culture directly influence organizational success.
Through SALUS Training Systems, Deb delivers continuing education programs, annual team training, leadership coaching, compliance consulting, and workplace risk management solutions that help organizations reduce liability while creating safer, more accountable workplaces. Her areas of expertise include OSHA, HIPAA, sexual harassment prevention, workplace violence prevention, implicit bias, cultural competency, leadership development, and organizational culture.
